My roommate and I are graduating this December and are looking to move out entirely. The land lord will be happy to sign new contracts to the new renters. Clean 3 bedroom (one master on the third floor and 2 rooms on the second). Great appliances, good for college students or a family. About 5 minutes from NCSU campus.
