I have everything that I need. Only problem is that when I try to apply the Softmod.Installer.Deluxe.v.2.0.Xbox.Hq, it errors out at the Dvd2xbox\acl.

Anyone else run into this issue?

If this violates policy, my bad. I'll expect it gone tomorrow.

I'm using an action replay memory card/reader, using the right Splinter Cell disk.

I have no idea what's wrong.

I know when I did mine it was having a problem with the EEPROM backup.

It turns out that Action Replay memory cards tend to corrupt the install files.

To fix that, I would boot up the Linux installer memory save (in Splinter Cell) and the EvoX install menu would come up.
At that point you can access the hard drive through a LAN/ethernet cable.
Then I just re-copied the install files to the xbox hard drive, which would overwrite the errors caused by the Action Replay.

Not sure if that's the fix you need, but it worked for me.
