10 quarts of mobil 1 + oil filter + trans filter + fuel filter + injector cleaner (i fill the filter up with it) + 1 quart trans fluid = ~$200 oil change

don't stop there. go ahead and buy 2 gal. of transynd so you can start the full change-over to full synthetic transmission fluid, too. 3 pan dumps and a couple hundred miles between each and you should be near 100% synthetic without having to drain the t.c.

its kinda split, the earlier ones used dexron III, and transyd was compatable, mine came with full synthetic dexron VI already, so i'll probably just stick with that since there isn't a big gain to be had by using transynd, if anything i'll run the mobil 1 dexron VI

the problem is that the dex VI and transynd are backwards compatible with DEX III, but not compatible with each other, and i'm not interested in doing a full drain/fill
