I left them because I was able to get out of my contract after they took over Suncom. I even waited a couple months to see if the service improved after the merger and still wasn't very satisfied.

Service just wasn't great here at home, and daily traveling throughout the state left plenty of dead spots. Got set up with Alltel and I've basically not been able to find a situation where I didn't have service. Only had a few calls drop with Alltel and that's when I'm in a really rural area and in a valley.

I'll never take them seriously because of their name. Just sounds silly. There are a few others I feel the same way about.

i just checked their coverage map and its very spotty. They do have a more competitive rate plan but I think having the coverage that at&t has is worth spending the extra.

especially this summer when i'm out at the lake...I get perfect service through at&t, t-mobile was completely gray in that area. That is a deal breaker right there.

I just wish at&t had a smaller rate plan for anytime minutes. I never use my personal phone during the weekday for voice calls because i'm in the office and have my nextel for business.

I have several friends with T-Mobile and it blows. However I have AT&T and its not much better. But it doesn't blow.
