i called bush being a bust right after the USC Texas game, and said Lendale would have a better NFL career and that Mario was the right pick for Houston...i caught a lot of shit for it too and was accused of just being a State homer and I was informed of how Bush would clearly be an NFL superstar...

i will admit though, Bush finally did impress me this season in the few games he played in...of course another reason I didn't think he was a "can't miss" NFL star like others said was that he had never really taken a hard shot from a real defender, and that once he did, we'd see if he was physically made for this league

i believe rallydurham was all on his dick, and macgyver as well...do a message topic search for bush and click the threads and prepare to LOL at rallydurham

Bush would be better served to finish his career at WR. He'll last longer, and he's just as effective. Now if he would only learn to hold onto the football.....

Seriously though, I just don't see how people didn't see that Bush wouldn't be that impressive in the NFL.


I called Adrian Peterson being a fantastic pro and Bush being a huge bust after AP's freshman/Bush's sophomore year.


I didn't think White would be any good either though, so he kind of surprised me. I figured he would probably be a fullback, or at best a (very) poor man's Bettis. I'm still not convinced white is actually any good though, it may be all his o-line.

I didn't think Bush would be phenomenal but I thought he'd be much better than he actually is. He just runs laterally way too much, doesn't seem to get that people aren't faked out by his moves and that he's really not that much faster than most of them.
