So the maid came by for the first time today and it fucking rules. Laundry was all done, whole place was vacuumed, the bed was made, bathroom all clean. Shit, for $100 this is better than having a girlfriend. If this bidding process on El Borracho stays reasonable I may have found the solution to all of my problems.

i love mine. she is a very meticulous cleaner, changes sheets, towels, does laundry, dishes, takes out trash, and more.

it's a service job. I tip her well, and I also give her a bonus every Christmas. You're trusting someone to come in your house when you're not there. You have to take care of them.

Most jobs nowadays are service jobs, hell nobody tips me.

However, if it's the socially accepted norm I guess I'll leave her a monthly tip or something.
