The OP in this thread isn't me, but I'm having the same issue (except that I'm not using spamdyke):
http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?t=56858

In that thread, someone helps to narrow the problem down to /var/qmail/bin/tcp-env.

In another thread a solution is posted: http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?t=57067
Which says:
Quote :
"Replacing /var/qmail/bin/tcp-env with a known working copy from a Plesk 8.6 server resolves the issue."

GoDaddy was no help with suggestions or providing me with a copy of tcp-env. (not really surprised).

Does anyone have any suggestions, or at least a copy of this from plesk8.x?

TIA

i dunno wtf plesk is, but if you want a working copy of qmail you could always try the qmail website.

Or just man up and switch to a real MTA like sendmail.

Update: I was able to download plesk's qmail rpm from here: http://autoinstall.plesk.com and using 7-zip, extract the tcp-env and replace on the server to fix the issue.
