NC Chainsaw Massacre

Strength In Numbers Music is back, in its usual unconventional manner, with the release of L.E.G.A.C.Y.’s mixtape, NC Chainsaw Massacre, hosted by by the world renowned DJ Flash (Untouchables/JL/HOJ/99.1 FM). S.I.N. Music is always looking to break the mold and decided to release this project as a late Christmas present on Friday December 26th, as a free digital download.
L.E.G.A.C.Y. and DJ Flash put NC Chainsaw Massacre together to gear up for the release of Leg’s second official full-length project, “Suicide Music” which is tentatively set for a March 2009 release. NC Chainsaw Massacre features outlandish production from well known producers 9th Wonder and Khrysis. Leg also reaches out to up and coming producers for this project such as Soul Professa, Dox and K-Hill,who also has a guest appearance on “Off the Man” with Panama G.A.T. Other featured artists include Kaze, Nervous Reck, Spec Boogie, Dynas, Lunatic Messiah, and fellow JL/HOJ representatives Sean Boog, Joe Scudda, Chaundon, and Median. Originality is demonstrated throughout the project in all aspects from beats and rhymes down to DJ Flash’s chainsaw sounds that replaced the stereotypical gunshots on mixtapes.
