I have a small Ecommerce site that I need to expand. I have listed the requirements below. Please PM me if you are interested. We will talk in detail and you can offer a quote. I'm not 100% with the correct technology terminology so please bear with me.

1. User will view page that has has blank fields for personal information. (Name, address, ect)
2. User information populates data base (access/excel)
3. User can upload small file (<1mb)

I said access/excel because I am comfortable with them and it sounds a lot cheaper than SQL. Maybe not - that's why I am paying you guys.

mysql is free which is why its so widely used.
