Is it possible? or is it a hardware thing that only macs can do?

^ i tried it.. it doesnt work.. it says my touchpad doesnt suport multiple fingers.. I have a dell vostro 1500

you have to uninstall the dell touchpad driver and reinstall the latest driver directly from synaptics.

i still haven't been able to tweak it to get it to do the 2 finger scroll, but this is the only way it can happen. i'll keep working on it...
