I'm a guy and I'm in my 5th year (due to double-majoring in unrrelated majors) at NC State. I occupy the 3rd bedroom. Non-smoker. Study during the week and like to have a good time on the weekends.

how much do utilities come out to each month and what are the dimensions of the room?

Utilities average around $75-80 per month per person. The room in question is 12 ft X 14 ft. And the room has a fairly decent size walk-in closet, so that should help minimize the need to store things in the room itself.
