your food is decent, but it takes like 30 minutes for it to get out of the kitchen ...even when the place is [literally] empty, and you can bet on it being wrong...especially if you ordered a sub. and it's not like this is a recent development, it's been like this ever since you opened

I've noticed this too. I had to stop going there on my lunch break because even when I called ahead I still ended up waiting about 30 minutes for my food. Service seems much faster when the place is busy (dine-in obviously too), but it seems like things go to pot when it's almost empty.

At least the hostess and/or waitresses are always nice and far from unattractive so it's not that unpleasant waiting there.
