Lets (TWW) come up with our own superlative selection here. Not 20 years, not 10, but 15. We can pick from different recognized genres if you all would prefer that. I submit Warren G (feat. Nate Dogg) "Regulate" because you ALL know that you love it.

Despite having some legit suggestions on there, you added the Killers.

Any cred you may have had is gone. Fuck that band, and that song.

"Welcome to the Black Parade" by My Chemical Romance
I'm not sure it's best in the past 15 yrs, but it's the only "great" song I can think of at the moment.
It always reminded me of a modern bohemian rhapsody.

the song that's coming to my head right now is "oh comely" by neutral milk hotel

i know that's kind of a lame and obvious choice. but whatever.

I have an irrational bias against Mormons, so I'm with you on the anti-band sentiment, but that song is fucking good. 30 years from now when that songs pops up on the radio, or whatever dominant music listening device people will use, I will not turn the station or skip the track. I will bop my head and go, "oh yeah, that song was fucking good."
