The E8400 is $20 cheaper and 166mhz slower. Not really sure if that 166 is worth $20. The case is pretty $texas for a case, but i hear its pretty nice.

this would be the case i'd get instead maybe.

But that video card is literally like a foot long, so make sure you have room for it. Should be a great system. I've bought that ram for several PCs I've built, and it's been great.

I think that you might need to rethink that case decision. That is straight up ridiculous paying $170 for a mid tower case. I would look into the Antec 300 and 900 or the Cooler Master 690 or 590. You could get a full tower Cooler Master Stacker 810 or 830 for cheaper. You are getting ripped off if you pay $90 for the neopower 500w. I paid $30 after rebate for it about 10 months ago and it has mail in rebates on it all the time.

ended up going with the sonata III. The reason I was looking at the 182 is because its supposed to be a realy nice case. I didn't want something that was gonna fall apart.
