Ronny, if you liked this episode, you will fucking season 1 and 2.

The show has gone downhill in the last few seasons, but there is so much ass and sex in the first few seasons, it's unreal.


Also, looks like Christian fucks the dike this season...that should be interesting.

i finally got around to watching this . . . i was impressed

the whole breast cancer thing was a little stupid but it actually had a slight comedic effect

overall i think this show might be back on the right track - i'm going to keep watching

i'm not saying its back to where it was - i thought they did a good job by getting rid of all the bad characters like the teddy bear lady and were getting back on the right track

but then they go and introduce this raj character who i can't stand

i still think they are doing a good job of going back and focusing on the main characters in the first two episodes - last night was pretty funny and awkward in many scenes

This show is so dark and intense.

I've had to take several breaks over the years because I can't handle it.

So far this season, I've stuck with it. The new anesthesiologist seems like a lazy way to facilitate character development for Sean, which is pretty much what this show is all about. Nobody grows but Sean.

Last night I couldn't help but say "Is this show just a mockery of itself at this point?" When they pretty much confirmed Christian is going to die I was convinced that the recent episodes jumping the shark really is a death knell. The first few seasons were really good, though.
