I have two two-hour breaks during my days and was wondering if there where the best places to sleep were. If you don't want to give away your secret, that's understandable.

thinks if hot female, answer is my bed.checks profile...
1/9/2009 2:30:25 PM
haha, I have wondered the same thing many times I just found the comfy chairs upstairs in Talley and I think I might try that sometime. I don't know if they'll have a problem with it, since it's technically the lobby for the theater, but whatever. That lounge in Riddick is pretty good, too.

2nd floor of D.H. Hill with the big leather chairs, outside the Digital Media Lab, above the whatever it's called commons area[Edited on January 9, 2009 at 2:32 PM. Reason : ]

tara is a hot name
1/9/2009 2:37:41 PM
i used to sleep near the newspapers in dh hill, but that was before that wing with the digital media lab was built which looks like a much nicer area to snooze
1/9/2009 2:37:44 PM
actually tara isn't as hot of a name as it could beI'm Big Business and i approved this message.
1/9/2009 2:39:18 PM

the taras i knew in high school, all hot. the tara i met at some party at state while drunk, very very hot.
1/9/2009 2:42:10 PM
Napping in the periodical section of the library is still the best spot IMHO, especially if you can manage to stretch out all the way on a couch or a chair with a footstool. The only problem is there are more snoring fools per square foot than any other place I've slept in.
1/9/2009 2:42:32 PM
i have more comfortable options
1/9/2009 2:43:27 PM
Caldwell Lobby is the shit for naps. The chairs and loveseats are alright but it's the warm sunlight that does it for me. Many a class I missed because of that magical place.[Edited on January 9, 2009 at 2:43 PM. Reason : .]
1/9/2009 2:43:37 PM
yeah a tara lived on my street when i was growin up, and i just remembered one of my good friends pseudo-dated one. but again, as far as the name goes idk.I'm Big Business and i approved this message.
1/9/2009 2:43:40 PM
hahaha at what happened in here since I left.
1/9/2009 2:44:45 PM
tara as a name means the girl is probably hot. like 95% certainty. there are hotter names, maybe, but tara's are one of the names where you're most likely to find a hottie
1/9/2009 2:45:29 PM
Does it matter if it's Tear-a or Tah-ra?

I find that I do my best sleeping in class. Go into those big freshman hall classes (CH 101 and junk) and snooze while the classes are going on (in case you needed the drone of a professor to help lull you to sleep). I always feel nice and secure when behind a desk...But, to answer what you're PROBABLY looking for. I've always seen lots of people sleeping outside the Digital Media Lab. And the lower level of Fox always looked comfty to me, but those big windows always seemed like it would be cold in the winter...
1/9/2009 2:51:09 PM
I used to be one of those snoring fools in the periodical section at DH HillI'm telling you its perfect, you get the sunlight from your left over the brickyard/heaven

Do they still have those big brown leather chairs over by the periodicals? Like the ones that used to be downstairs by the circulation desk, before they put in Hill of Beans? (Before a lot of y'all's time, I know...)Those were the best. Especially if you got one with a footstool/ottoman to put your legs up.Caldwell lounge isn't bad, especially in the afternoon sun.The upper floors of Talley also hold some possibilities.
1/9/2009 4:56:44 PM

The lobby in the zoology/lab building (I forget what it's called). It's a little bright but it has some couches you can just lay down on and it's quiet. I used to do it all the time and no one seemed to mind.
1/9/2009 5:40:23 PM
i got sleepy when i was doing some hw in the 1st floor broughton lab once. it wasn't crowded, so i went to sleep right there at the computer.
1/9/2009 5:45:49 PM
Dabney, Learning commons if there's not a bunch of douches playing games (playing games does not need to = shouting), Other spots in library, Main lobby of Talley, basement of Talley (they put two extra couches down there behind one of the TVs in a corner, and given their position, they serve no purpose other than to be slept on)...
1/9/2009 5:49:27 PM
hey BigEgo.i want to sleep in your bed and show you my BigDick.faggot
