It was my birthday earlier this week and I'm trying to go out with my friends tomorrow (Saturday night) to celebrate. I live in Raleigh btw. I'll probably have about 10-12 friends with me so it'll be a large group. As a result, I'm having trouble thinking of any bars worth going to where we would all be able to sit together. We'll probably go out a little earlier (like 10) so we stand a better chance of finding a large table/booth open, but even still. Any ideas? Oh, and if the place had tvs so we could catch the end of the Panthers game that would be ideal too.

I like Raleigh times and Landmark. But both get kinda crowded but if you went at like 10 it would probably be ok (for your group size i mean)

Come to The Bar in Mission Valley. I'm working, and if I know you're coming I'll save a couple tables to push together for yas. Lots of people on here can vouch for the place if you've never been$1

If you like beer, Flying Saucer downtown. It's the shit. They have about 80 beers on tap, tons of choices, and a really cool member system; you get a card, and you get a different beer each time to get around 200 so you can get a saucer on the wall in your honor off beer drinkage. Not to mention, they have pint nights on Monday (most pints are 2.75), Wednesdays you get to keep a cool glass, and if you are a guy or a lesbian, the waitresses (most of them) are gorgeous. Short plaid skirts and legs for days. They have some great dark lagers, a few interesting combinations, and their "around the world" shooters (you get like 5 different kinds of beer in shooter glasses). I love it. Downside is that it can get a little loud, but that adds to the atmosphere. And you can always go into the back area.If you want to go somewhere more closed in or somewhere with tons of mixed drinks, you could try just going to a restaurant that has a bar--dinner and drinks and it's way more calm. But the back area of Legends is like that too. It really depends on what you want.

Hah, no. I don't work there or market for them. I just really enjoy going there, and if the OP didn't know about it I was trying to give them an idea of the place. Eh
