Planning on a new vehicle in the next 3 months.
Currently have a '96 C220. I love the car, but it is hurting a bit. No one thing is really major, but the combined cost of making all necessary repairs is likely more than I would get for the car if it were in better shape to begin with.
So, what to do with it instead?
Fix the stuff that bothers me and just keep it for a Sunday driver?
Gut and cut and then try out that autox thing you kids are talking bout?
Figure out how to raise it up and inch or three and rally the logging roads around here?
Brick on accelerator and aim towards the quarry?
Donate it? 1/10/2009 1:21:43 PM |

That's the last thing you want to do if you're autoxing it. That'll put you in some modified class with cars that are actually fast. Better to have a POS car and still be in a stock class than to have a POS car and run modified.1/10/2009 6:28:18 PM |
