I had a fish disappear one time too. It was a Gurami (sp?) and it was blue. One day he was there, then he was gone. I think that may have been the one we found stuck, dead, inside a conch shell we had in there for decoration.

mine just started swimming around really weird yesterday
then this morning it looked almost dead. I fed him, and he ate. Then started swimming around again.

Then G said "did you feed the fish tonight?". I said "My fish is dead".

We kind of chuckled, then looked at the fish bowl. And BAM....dead

I blame Kiwi and bethaleigh. They're fish murderers...

We tried that my sophomore year. Unfortunately we did not know one of them needed to live in the bowl for a while to develop territorial tendencies. We just stuck two in a bowl and when they refused to fight we all of a sudden had two new pets in the suite.
