What was your apprx. time that it took to close on your mortgage?

Bank of America charged my credit card 37 days ago for my application fee and they still cant give me a closing date.

i set a closing date then decided to finalize all that shit, but probably 3-4 weeks or so (i had a broker competing who did it in about 3 weeks).

im sure it could be quicker, but i dragged my heels a few times for rate changes.

im locked in and pre-qualified. the only times that they have told me that they needed something from me is when i have called to get an update on the status and i gave them what they needed within a day.

once i was locked in (was already prequalified) it only took like 7-10 days max and i was waiting on a late assessment.

i built my home myself. Bought and closed on the lot and then had BofA buy the construction loan. Title search and all of that was done on the closing of the construction loan. it appraised for 65k more than the construction loan so i dont see any other issues.
