Ok, I just got an X-box 360 yesterday and it had this Indiana Jones game in it. I'm on the first level and I've died about 30 times in the same spot.

In level 1, after Indy takes the idol, you go up into the passage at the top of the screen and then jump across this big gap to continue on your way. I've tried and tried to grab the vine hanging halfway across the gap but I just can't reach it. Am I missing something???

^^^Thanks. Every walkthrough I can find just says "swing across on the vine" though

^^,^ Screw you both. I've played the game before and this is the only hard part I've ever found. I don't know why this one jump is so hard but it's just insane damn near impossible. I hope I'm not getting too old

Oh, if it's just a hard-to-make jump, that's a bit more understandable...

I've seen my younger cousins play this game and from the looks of things it can easily fuck you over when a bad camera angle combines with an imprecise control scheme... design flaws that are left in the game because frankly they aren't something that little kids concern themselves over, or that parents are likely to care about when they read a review of whether or not they should buy it for their kid.

I mean... it came for free with the XBox (along with Kung Fu Panda?) so I don't know why I'd expect too much out of it. It's just pissing me off that I played the game quite a bit over Christmas (until my sister got Rock Band) and now I'm just stuck at this one gay part. I'm fixnta find some cheat code to warp past this shiz
