who does the state returns for free this year? I did mine with turbotax last year, but no such luck this go-round

I'm trying to avoid the $30 charge from h&R block

i am still waiting on my W-2 and whatever form I use to claim the interest on my student loans. last year I got back wayyyyy too much. I adjusted some stuff, but we'll see how big of a return im gettin this year heh
