It's scary the somebody walked up on my porch while I was in the house and ganked the bike. What if they had decided to check the house for goodies?

And on a side note, I think it's sad that we live in a city where people don't respect the personal property of others. I was taught better...stealing is just wrong and if I did it, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night...

times are getting tough for lots of people. petty theft is gonna be up no matter what. use common sense in securing your house and valuables, especially since you live in such a highly travelled area.

Yeah, that's why I don't leave my shit outside. I told her to move it to the back porch which is screened in, but she didn't do it in time. It was in Raleigh all of three days, because her dad brought it up. Sucks, but I'm still more sketched about some creeper on my porch...

I don't think it was any of our neighbors...the people who live in our town house complex are mainly older with nice cars or have families. But I guess it could be one of them...

And yeah, I was sheltered before I came to Raleigh, but I'm okay with that. My town has a murder rate of 1, in it's history, and I'm okay with that. I liked it better when it was 0, though.
