Anyone know if Verizon FIOS is available off kaplan?

If not, what about roadrunner? I know TW sucks, but if it's pretty reliabel then I'll just go with it instead of shelling out extra for Verizon.

FIOS isn't in NC yet.

U-Verse is in some spots.
