Ugh... Stupid macs. I thought they would "just work"

90% of the videos I try to watch on youtube are "no longer available" but I can see them just fine on my PC... What am I doing wrong? Doesn't matter if I use firefox or safari...

Ok, for instance, the first google link to a youtube video when I search for youtube is "no longer available"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ji5_MqicxSo

Dunno if it can be viewed on a PC or not, since I don't have my laptop with me.

Yes... I know, seems to be a problem with my mac. I googled all around on this issue and most forum posts seem to be dated back in '07 or early '08 and most solutions involve the google bar which I don't have

I had this problem, and it was because I was using an older version of flash player.

This would happen on Windows too if you had the old flash player.

And if you had spent 5 minutes searching google for "were sorry this video is not available" this solution would have been easy to find.

Don't install the latest version of Flash. That is beta. Go to 9.x.

[Edited on February 22, 2009 at 9:57 PM. Reason : Okay, it's not beta anymore, but I found Flash 10 broke a lot of stuff.]
