I've got an assignment for ANT 325 where I have to interview someone from South America on the culinary customs from their country. Basically there are 18 questions I have to ask on their foods, cooking customs, et cetera.

Do you need to do the interview in person? I live in the international dorm, and I'm sure we have at least one or two people from somewhere in South America. I could search one down and ask them the questions if you toss me a PM.
