I saw this earlier today on CNN and to call the boat he sank a "yacht" is a little ridiculous they obviously just used that terminology for the whole "oh the economy is so bad even rich people with yachts are sinking them for the insurance money" effect. He had it for sale with a $28,000 asking price for a while without any takers before he decided that committing insurance fraud would be a better option.
