I will go 10 dollars..if it is working.
My brother just had his last P3 laptop die.
He can not afford to upgrade and frankly..he is pretty clueless on PC's.....Surfing the web once in a while is the extent of what he would use it for.

When I saw this, I thought it might be a good option for him.
