Is the most biased, bullshit motto (and political news show) ever.

Campbell Brown does nothing but bring bullshit artist pundits onto her show to duke it out over issues we all know won't change anyone's opinions about anything. It is a waste of airspace and CNN could do such a better job following movements across the political spectrum.

The field reports aren't any better. "We can't find this bridge on the map!!!" (from tonight's show)

No other news show claims so persistently to be without bias.

so basically she's just a bad imitation of the Colbert Reporr' which is a mediocre spoof of O'Reilly?

And you people say O'Reilly sucks... Well, apparently he's important enough to the liberals that they create two shows imitating him.

Umm...since when is Campbell Brown a spoof?

^and its not because he's important, its because he's easy to make fun of

imitator rather...i don't see how she's imitating colbert (and if she's imitating a spoof, then you are in fact calling her a spoof)

no, I'd be calling her an imitator, actually.

technicalities aside, my main point was that O'Reilly is apparently important enough to spawn one "serious" show trying to duplicate his methods (poorly) and one satire show whose main goal is to trivialize The No Spin Zone.

O'reilly does suck. Campbell Brown sucks. Colbert is hilarious, and not becuase O'reilly has any level of importance, only because he has humor value.

And in order to imitate a spoof of O'reilly, wouldn't one then be another spoof of O'reilly?

I actually like Bill O'Reilley. you may not agree with his views but he tends to not purely act as a partisan hack nor follow the republican herd behavior with various issues. O'Reilley is a conservative but is Realistic and will form his own opinions not just those that will get the most applause from Billy Bob Redneck or Joe Douchebag Hedgefund manager

yeah, but he's a blow-hard with no sense of humor. No matter what party, that is a bad combination.

^^ your analysis is flawed according to the metric of neilson ratings

^ you take life way too seriously if you get your panties in a wad over michael savage's ravings. he's entertaining in a very wrong way

i'm not sure what the neilson ratings have to do with my dime-store analysis of O'Reilly.

According to Neilson, "according to jim" and "two and a half men" are the best sitcoms on TV

I don't take Savage seriously, in fact I listen to him regularly and get a great kick out of it. But it scares me that so many people do listen to him because they believe in what he says.

A year ago there was a student peaceful protest at an army recruitment base at a university in Califronia (either UCLA or Berkeley, can't remember), and he started telling his listeners in the area to go down there and beat the students down since the cops weren't stopping it.

So much for the first amendment...

I used to mention Savage on here and noone knew who he was. Times have changed.

The worst "pundit" shows are the ones where the host is all like "I'm just a normal dude, and here's my opinion". I mean, everything they say ends up being completely wrong but people believe it b/c "he's a normal dude". I'm looking at you, Glenn Beck.

I loved it last week when Jon Stewart called out O'Reilly after he complained about his privacy being invaded by paparazzi, and then had his reporters chase down political figures on the street and shove microphones in their faces and pretty much said "you can't hide from me!"
