it was free...i know newegg had them on sale a few weeks ago for $15, so selling it probably isn't worth the time (maybe, though)...it's pretty slow (it's one of the older lexar ones, with dismal read/write speeds)...but the cool thing is that it's 8gb of storage that fits flush in my laptop, so i was trying to figure out if it had any value

my photo collection is too big (i keep DNGs of all the photos i, personally, take)

even then, i keep all that on my HTPC...in fact, most of my sensitive information is kept on the HTPC (since there's a greater chance of my laptop being stolen than my house being broken into)...and even then, it's all part of a truecrypt archive that's backed up monthly
