Hmmm... I played the first one on PS2... was underwhelmed.

What's the take on this one? Comes out April 7th.

I'm all about mafia stories but have been less than impressed with how that translates to video games...

I really like the first game, and the thing that stands out was that the missions never seem to get old or seem repetitive and they seemed to have more meaning that just kill this man for our family. GTAIV for example is pretty much just go kill this person and mission accomplished most of the time (I never finished the game I grew bored of it, we need CJ back!), although its a great game overall. I am seriously thinking about buying this, but I dunno yet. If I am completely finished with RE5 by then I might trade it in on it.

i enjoyed the first game on the PS3 (the Don's edition or whatever it was called). I will most likely buy this one as well.

a couple months ago i downloaded some of the preview movies on XBox Live

looks like its improved a bit

course I thought the first one was good, but I also played it on 360
