The phone is 9 months old, has a few nicks on it, just normal wear and tear. Battery has about 4 hours talk time, and 24-30 hours stand-by. Comes with car charger, and protective leather pouch with plastic cover for face of the phone. They go for about $150 on eBay not including shipping. Comes with box and everything that was included. Just so you guys know, I have a guy that has purchased it on eBay but has not paid for it yet. He has 0 feedback and has only been a member since December, and I might just report him to eBay as a troll or some sort if I don't have my money by lunchtime.

Is there a way to avoid people with less than 10 feedback?

^Sprint sells them as well. Both Verzion and Sprint have WM 6.1 Moto Qs which is a great OS. WM 6.5 and 7.0 will crush the iPhone interface, guaranteed. If you don't believe me look them up on YouTube.
