Why would there be blood in a stuffed animal?

Also, Pandora on a blackberry must be awesome.

^ My ipod broke about a year ago, I've been too cheap to buy one so I've been using my phone now. I have a couple gigs of music on it, plus I'll stream last.fm via bluetooth in the car. Throw in using Garmin XT and I don't really need an ipod/gps device. Just makes things easier having one phone.

Oh and thats all on a plan thats 30$ a month.. fuck the iphone.

I had Pandora on my Samsung a920 over a year ago-BEFORE the iphone had it. Who is trying to catch up to whom?

Yeah. I do at the gym. But a while back I stepped on, and smashed, my ipod. I had nextel at the time. So that event gave me motivation to switch to AT&T and the iphone. Now when I go to the gym I use my phone for a music device.

My students do all the time and it's really annoying because they usually do it without headphones on

i listen to music on my iphone. I keep about 1.5gigs on there if i'm ever on a quick road trip or waiting somewhere like a doctor's office or anything like that to pass the time. If i'm in a 3G area i'll listen to Slacker. I keep a spare set of ipod earphones in my truck for this reason.

i'll use my big ipod classic in the truck for main music listening though.

i havent had any problems with my storm yet, so i love it... i wanted the bold, but verizon didn't have it, so i went with the storm. i love it so far.. i haven't had the random restarts a lot of ppl seem to be having, and i haven't suffered any lag with my typing yet.. hopefully i didn't jinx it.

if you get lag the memory is low and they recommend a battery pull to reset it.

^ just don't install too much crap on it, and keep icons off your home page. Mine has been working great. People talk a lot of shit about it, but i love mine.

^i havent installed too much, but i have icons on my home page and it's been fine so far.. so maybe i got lucky?

i have the google maps app on my homepage, twitterberry, mobile espn, and slacker.

if it starts to mess up though ill remember to start taking those icons off my home page.

im loving mine so far too, i have no complaints about the purchase.

yeah I've had mine for a little over a month and it just keeps getting better and better. There's definitely memory leak issues but I haven't had mine drop low enough for it to lag. And I'd take my storm over the curves and world editions we have here at work any day. Maybe it's just me but I find it a hell of a lot easier to type on the storm. Currently running leaked OS .114 and it's a lot better than the .75 that comes on it from Verizon. There's also supposed to be an official update from verizon and RIM soon.

how is the 114? i went to like 103 i think

also how did you backup your data? does something come on the disk? as i think i lost all my old numbers

Only problem with .114 was the fact that there was no number pad after you made a call, just had the qwerty keyboard. Taking the keyboard .cod files from .109 and adding them to the install fixed that problem. The only real difference is the blue box that appears around the text you are editing.

When you do an update, there's an option to backup your data and settings which usually works but I usually do a full manual backup with DM before updating. I also have my contacts and calendar synched with outlook so I'll still have the numbers if something does get botched.

So does Pandora cache music on your Blackberry like Slacker does? This is why I like the BB Slacker app so much more, because its not just streaming content, but actually can give you a queue of music that is onboard on your device in case you go in an area with low cell reception.

is the new storm OS built from scratch or a modification of the os for other bb's?
