py212....chilton or egler? they both seem like they give out A's but sometimes that grade distribution tool is really misleading

took it with chilton & switched majors midway through the summer session (to one i didn't need py212 with) and so i just showed up to labs & tests & still got a C & couldn't tell you a thing from that class

from having py208 lab with chilton and py124 with egler

i would prolly go with egler..he is more outspoken and explanatory in class
i don´t remember whether or not attendance factored into grades, but i don´t think it did
his tests were mostly multiple choice, but mostly from lecture


chilton was pretty lax on grading and deadlines

Dr. Chilton is excellent for PY212 - highly recommended!

is chilton the guy in charge of physics labs?

if so, i had him instead of a TA for a lab once and he was a douche

I had Egler for PY211, and he was great. I'm taking him this summer for PY212. I would definitely go with Egler.
