Anyone know the latest on the development for the block from the comic store down to the old Farmhouse? I read more than a year ago that someone purchased it, Val Valentine?, and was going to tear down all the buildings, including The Brewery & PB's, to put up mixed use condos and stores.
Also, that article was written by a wolfwebber.
