Just watched the vid.
Dude didn't stop when the cop tried to pull him over. He ran several stop signs and made several turns with the cop car right behind him.
He and several other people jump out of the car which was parked across a handicap spot.
He starts yelling at the cop. Two people walk away against the cop's orders.
Cop asks for insurance...He tells the cop to find it himself. He then tells the cop he doesn't have insurance.
He's confrontational about everything.
Basically, he's a dick to the cop and he got treated like a dick in return.

Honestly, the cop wasn't nearly as bad as this thread made him out to be. Maybe if he learned to act civil he would be treated accordingly.
