Anyone know a place in Raleigh where I can get stainless steel crown staples for a Porter Cable air nailer? Home Depot and Lowes were a bust; they only had galvanized. According to PC's website:

Just called them. They do cash sales on anything that is in stock, but if they have to order it you need an account. They don't carry stainless staples for pneumatics as far as we could tell (searching their website.) I guess I'm just going to have to do this with the old school hand stapler. 4/2/2009 11:02:20 AM |

^^ I'll run by LGS on Saturday while I'm up there. They're good folks. If they don't have them and I don't break down and use a stapler just to get it done this weekend I'll try Chris Supply Co. on Monday. 4/2/2009 2:48:03 PM |

Tell them to put you on the NCSU account. I bought a 1/16" NPT tap from them a few weeks ago. They asked me what account I was on, I said I didn't have one, and then they asked me what school I went to and I said NCSU. So they billed everything to me, it just said NCSU account on one part of the invoice.5/19/2009 2:21:15 PM |
