Ok... I'm ready to be flamed for this... but it's for my wife, so whatever she says goes.

She just got this game and she wants me to find some people who are playing so she can "go to your town" She said she'd need a friend code from you so she could add you and go to your town.

I saw there was a thread about another version of this game and it didn't get much attention, but just throwin a bone.....

She is correct, its like a woman's version of world of warcraft.

Whats funny is if you dont play for a while, then turn it on again, your town is full of weeds that you have to pick, and your house is full of roaches to stomp on.

its kind of like harvest moon, except the cows can talk.

The only crops are fruit tree, with which you pick and sell. The money is then used to buy stuff to put in your in-game house.

i heard somewhere that in the first game you could dig holes and have people fall in them

but i was never able to do it

the pitfall or whatever

if you know how to do it, how do you do it?

^ I haven't played this City Folk version, but in previous version you would see this brown star on the ground meaning that there was a fossil at that spot to dig up. Well every once in a while you would dig up a pitfall instead. It is just a white ball with an exclamation mark on it. Then rebury it whereever you want or on the paths your friends typically run.
