First episode really wasn't that bad... kinda interesting... the little girl freaks me out the most

I watched it and actually really enjoyed it. It's got lots of characters, and you find out so much about each of them, even in the first episode. Looking forward to next week!

nah, here's my husband's theory, which i think is pretty dead-on.

daddy sheriff is the one who killed those people 7 years ago. he set up that John Wakefield guy to take the fall, and ended up killing him. now all these years later, daddy sheriff is back to killing again, and they think it's a copycat killer. but no, it's been daddy sheriff all along.

the preacher wasn't necessarily killed at the same time as the sheriff being at the scene of the break-in. that's the beauty of television. you can cut to another scene and suggest the two events are happening simultaneously, even though they aren't.

i like the bride being psycho, or even the bride's father - but i still think it's daddy sheriff.

A review I read seemed to sum up this show pretty well. It's cheesy and it often goes for the cheap scare of having someone all of a sudden show up right behind someone else. But, at the same time, it seems to acknowledge this cliché while making an interesting mystery. I'll keep watching.

ok so last night we watched this week's episode.

i still think it's the sheriff. he said two or three times that kelly was a 'sweet girl who didn't deserve to die like that', and then you see the note left by john wakefield supposedly saying to come get him. i don't buy it, i think it's the sheriff and he's got some sorta weird split personality thing going on, and sometimes he feels sorry for kelly and wants to find the killer, and other times he is the killer leaving a note saying 'come find me'.

yup, it's still the sheriff. i got 5 on it.

wow that's weird, the ratings must be shit for them to do that. though it was competing with CSI and Grey's Anatomy...i normally didn't watch it until after i'd already watched Grey's, CSI, Private Practice, and Bullrun. so i guess that makes sense! must check DVR and make sure it's still set to record!

wait, the show has been cancelled after this season, or they're just gonna stop airing it and we'll never find out who the killer was?

i kinda figured it was a one-season thing anyways. given the premise of the show, once they reveal the killer at the end, there's really nowhere to go with these characters, or what's left of the characters.

besides, i thought it was a mini-series and was never really considered to be going past the 12 shows or whatever the hell it is.

but saw last weeks and it was Wakefield. Sheriff only shot him but did not kill him. The twist this week is supposed to be if someone in the group was with wakefield or not.

Just finished watching last night's episode. It was a good enough twist, but the whole series sucked. I mean, I was addicted to it...but it was more like a train wreck that I couldn't help looking at, and I was eager to find out "Whodunit" but in the end...

...meh.

I actually liked the series, the twist and the ending. Thought it was good.

The one killing that stood out the most in my memory was Chloe's when she said "you can't have me" and let go of the railing. It was pretty powerful/sad.

And Henry played a good sick psycho.
