What is the best dvd burning software for Vista that can get passed the security on the dvds and that can use dual drives without having to write the whole dvd to the hard drive before burning?

format.exe, use it with the c parameter to copy.

yeah, i used to use that one, but for some reason I kept loosing all the data on my hard drive
