About 2-3 weeks ago, I experienced pain and swelling on my gum near my lower right 2nd molar(near #31) if you are familiar with teeth numbers.
A couple scenarios crossed my mind: 1. wisdom teeth coming in 2. food stuck back there..
I flossed, brushed, rinsed, etc...
It was still sore to the touch, gum was swollen...
After about a week, the swelling and soreness went away, but there was something sharp back there I could feel with my tongue. It wasn't directly behind 31, but off to the side/diagonal.
I looked in the mirror and it was appeared to be the white tip of a tooth. I could wiggle it with my tongue.
Today after lunch, my tongue went back to that spot, but this time there is nothing there. Instead, there is just a hole where something was. I guess it came out while I was eating lunch and I swallowed it.
What could this have been? My theories include part of a baby tooth, an extra tooth that was growing, or part of a wisdom tooth that broke off? It was definitely strange.

Bone spur i imagine.

I usually end up digging them out before they fall out on thier own. You get them when you have teeth removed, in your case, I imagine with the wisdom teeth.
