during the fall/winter, i don't shower but every other day at most, more often every 3 days...spring and summer it's usually every other day, but sometimes every day, depending on what i did (if i was working out, or spent time outside and got sweaty, etc.)

I spent a summer commercial fishing in Kodiak, AK a few years back. We lived in a cabin. The water was ran from a stream in a 1 inch hose down to the cabin and into a propane powered water heater. Needless to say, getting large tanks of propane out to a site that remote is not very cheap. So we would shower once every week or so. It wasn't to bad suprisingly.
