Trying to do matlab for homework. No paper in printers in broughten.

Went to the library. No computers to use in learning commons.

Go to tower computers, no computer with matlab.

Go to second floor computer lab, computers have matlab but require activation key for some god damn reason.

Screw DH hill library. To many people dicking around on the internet and not doing actual work.

vcl? avaliable anywhere there is a web enabled computer (which I know everyone in the libary is)

If you can use the labs in broughton, try the labs in daniels next time. Or any of the other unity labs in one of the dorms.

there's a fun little email address, help@ncsu.edu... also, a phone number - 515-4357...

i hear there are magical people there whose only purpose is to answer questions and solve problems such as yours.

but, of course, it's just a rumor.

I'm not going to spend 30 mintues waiting for them to try to fix shit that should work and its only on random computers that demands an activation key.

you know, it probably won't ever get fixed if you don't let the people who can fix it know about it.

i'm willing to bet that most users of matlab on campus have it on their personal/office machines.

Well then, getting your matlab done isn't that important to you.

too bad http://vcl.ncsu.edu/ doesn't exist and PC computers/laptops aren't available to the general public to use at home, at work, and at school. And it really sucks that there are no ISPs, hotspots, or wireless on college campuses so you can connect to a series of tubes called the information highway.

I don't trust using VCL on a laptop. I've got time to go to Daniels and finish it.

^Check out this page:

http://www.lib.ncsu.edu/borrow/privileges.html

If you're not one of the affiliated groups NCSU/UNC System you could check out the friends of library thing but that costs money, not really sure how much.

Why do people go to learning commons to play mario kart for 5 hours? Do you really not have anything better to do?

^^ Yes. People like doing other things besides studying 24/7. School is seriously not that much work or difficult that fun breaks can't be had.

I walked to the tird floor of the towers and found a coomputer right away when I realized I had forgotten to print it out before I left from school. That was around 12:45 pm.
