I used to tan easily if I was out in the sun, but for the past like 7 years, my legs have refused to tan. I'm just pale. I'm also 1/4 Swedish... Sure, I'd rather be a little tan, and horseback riding/playing with dog/etc helps a little.

I don't think it's sexy to be pale, but dear god that orange tan shit has to go

You guys are nuts to encourage women to destroy their bodies. I think a little sun wouldn't hurt anyone. I also think its quite healthy to be out in the sun. You get vitamin D, helps your body maintain its biorhythm, gives you energy, releases MSH and that's tied to other hormones that control satiety, its tied to sexual drive and of course melatonin which makes your skin darker. Like anything else, its can be dangerous in excessive amounts. And we are an educated bunch in that you all should know it leads to skin cancer and premature aging.

i don't like being pale as a ghost, but there is such a thing as too tan. and i don't want wrinkly, sagging skin. i don't want leatherface skin. and i don't want to look 10 years older than i am down the road. i get a little glow in the summer, but i stick to sun screen. especially on my face. sun ages your skin like cray cray.
