i find this to be a peculiar article. no where does it directly state "steven b. clarke" fell asleep because he smoked weed. the article doesn't state if "steven b. clarke" was under the influence of weed, or anything for that matter. no mention a charge, nor why "steven b. clarke" was being held. however, it is clearly trying to associate marijuana negatively with this alleged incident despite any substantiating evidence. Marijuana is mentioned in the headline and throughout the article, but no relevance is directly drawn to "steven b. clarke" sleeping at the light. Oh, and there's the issue of the illinois state legislature currently debating whether or not to legalize medical marijuana.
