I'm just wondering i haven't seen them flash or anything... i thought nc discontinued that crap ?

I don't think NC discontinued it. The one on Hillsborough got me about a week ago.

yeah i ran a yellow but still it was about to turn and i don't know how sensitive those things are
it probably turned while i was under it

That one at the entrance to crossroads on Walnut St tends to go off a number of times when I drive through there. People can't help but run the light on that double left turn. I usually see three cars get hit with the flash.

they dont flash, they just make everything in the area brighten in general

I suppose there's also the possibility that some of them don't flash at all hours of the day.

You'll know in a couple weeks when you do or don't receive a bill for $fuck in the mail.

if I were rich, I would get a friend to sit in the back seat and stick his bare ass up against my rear windshield as I ran the red light

it'd be worth it, just for the photo

I would fight it, too, so the photo would have to be used in court

i was leaving my place and as i was driving through a greenlight (yes i know it was green. i sat at the light... was the second person from the front) and it flashed as i we went through. it threw me off.

i saw the one on avent ferry flash the other night. Kinda caught me off guard cuz I too thought these things were disabled
