This is a long shot but I need someone to sublet my room in a 5 BR house on Chappell Dr. which is right off Avent Ferry one st. down from Varsity. The sublet will be from June 1 - July 31. Our rent is only $270/mo. b/c 5 of us live here and I will pay for your part of the utilities, so you just pay the rent. Can't get any better than this for a summer sublease. The house has a w/d and you would be sharing a bathroom with 2 other guys. The 4 other roommates are pretty chill; social drinkers, all seniors or just graduated.
