ugh

the thing that annoys me about those testimonials is that they always say the ED personnel saved their life... but it's really the medics that came to get them and fixed whatever was wrong that saved their life...

"I had a fall and needed to go to an emergency room. An ambulance came quickly, with 2 medics. They were gentle and courteous and even came to ask about me after I was in the emergency room. Each time I have called Life Alert the response has been excellent (I believe this was the third time). I am glad to recommend the service."

^^ dont you know life alert has their own medics? and they even send two on a call, not just one like you county squads send

"I fell in my kitchen while trying to fix my supper. I was coming down with bronchitis or some such thing and just felt weak. I could not get up on my feet. I finally called Life Alert by using the pendant around my neck and soon help arrived. They were so kind and helpful. Thank you, Life Alert!"

"I fell on the driveway, which extends in back of my house. I knew no one would see me from the street and my neighbors would not be home for 5 or 6 hours (and it was cold). I tried to get up myself, three times, but realized I wasn’t going to make it. I needed help, so I pushed the button for Life Alert. Within five minutes my town first-aid squad came with two men, who picked me up as soon as I told them there was nothing broken. They were very nice."

"I fell, one or two weeks after I got my Life Alert. All the guys that came out were so very nice. I would advise all men or ladies to order the Life Alert system."

"I fell on the sidewalk in front of my apartment. Your response team was here to help, no more than 5 minutes after I pressed the signal button on the Life Alert necklace."
