about any NCSECU bank will do this. actually most banks will do it. probably have to be a member though.

its only free if you have a membership to the SECU, but you can get it done for 15-20 bucks if you dont

^^^ Yes, he will need to be there so that they can make sure that it is his signiture. Otherwise, any hoot out there can sign it and it becomes yours if notarized. There is a notary in the Reg & Rec office at NCSU. They'll do it for $5.00
