I need someone to take over my lease for the summer. It's a great apartment that I share with one roomate close to NCSU, Cary, and Garner on the corner of Gorman and Thisledown. The rent is $535.00 a month with everything included. Water, electricity, internet, cable, and washer and dryer. The apartment features a walk-in closet, it's own bathroom, roomy balcony and even an outside storage space! Community amenities include pool (and pool parties every weekend), movie theater, and fitness center. Dogs and cats are welcome for small monthly fee. I can be out ASAP!!
